Naive is looking for a talented and driven Animation producer to join our creative team producing high-end animation and visual effects.

About you

The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on producer who loves a challenge and will help develop, communicate & champion projects from start to finish. A strong sense of responsibility, natural drive and focus, in a self-managing, collaborative and fun environment, are essential.

You should have a solid understanding of all stages in the animation process and be skilled at breaking down a project, budgeting, managing schedules, tracking project milestones, allocating resources, and overseeing the production pipeline.

To succeed in this specific role, you need to have a creative eye, be solution-oriented and have a genuine passion for structure. You enjoy driving the creative process in collaboration with internal teams, freelancers & external clients and will have the ability to adjust & challenge your workflow as and when necessary.

You are a team player who strives to evolve yourself as well as the people you work with.

Responsibilities

• Setting up, and updating as necessary, budgets, timings and contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Manage projects from pre-production to delivery, making sure that the team is on track and hitting milestones.
• Build and maintain client relationships with new and current clients.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and of the highest quality.
• Follow up and evaluate your projects, identifying areas and/or processes where improvements and/or efficiencies can be had.

Experience

• 3-5 years proven industry or related experience in producing animation projects and managing large cross functional teams & clients.
• Strong track record in project management;
• Professional fluency in English, Swedish is a plus.

Desirable but not essential

• Experience at an animation studio.
• Experience with project managing tools like Shotgrid, Kitsu or Ftrack.

Our office in Stockholm is based on Södermalm at Barnängens Herrgård, from January 2025 we’ll be moving into our new offices at Mariatorget.
